I was impressed with the professional manner that Dan had when he first came round to quote. He was very friendly, respectful and I felt at ease talking to him. He was very honest about the job requirements and broke it down into sections creating a quote that compartmentalised each element so it was clear how the cost was being calculated. The work was done in a timely manner and he was sensitive to our needs as a family for example, starting on a day that worked best and leaving the space in a usable condition each evening. The final floor looked amazing, great quality! Highly recommend.
